I am a postdoctoral candidate at the Amsterdam School of Communication Research (ASCoR).
I study how we communicate about issues of societal importance (environment, health) in an increasingly digital world. I explore how diverse groups engage with these critical topics and more importantly, how this dialogue can drive meaningful awareness and action. I apply mixed methods in my research, contributing to both a broader and more nuanced understanding of digital conversations. Whether it's analysing massive datasets or having one-on-one conversations, I’m committed to uncovering insights that bridge the gap between digital communication and human behaviour.
I am a strong advocate for open and transparent scientific practices, and believe that collaboration and access to knowledge are key to building trust and partnerships.
I completed my doctoral dissertation in environmental communication at the ASCoR, University of Amsterdam (NL, 2025). I have a research Master in Behavioural Science from Radboud University, Nijmegen (NL, 2021) and a Bachelor (hons.) in Psychology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi (India, 2016).
My research focuses on understanding how digital technology (social media, AI) is shaping the way we engage with societally important issues (e.g. environment and health related information) and how this is changing the way we interact with each other and with information.
