Energy transition through the lens of Sustainable Developments Goals (ENLENS) is one of the interfaculty research priority areas of the University of Amsterdam. It unites researchers working on economic, environmental, technological, social, political, and business aspects of the energy system, the energy transition, and Sustainable Developments Goals. UvA researchers can apply to receive seed money for joint cross-faculty initiatives that serve one or more energy-related Sustainability Development Goals within the Netherlands and in Europe.

Calls for interdisciplinary project proposals:

  • RPA ENLENS will soon have another call for projects, roughly along lines of the previous one
  • IP theme Sustainability will launch a call both for seed grants (see previous round) and for larger projects. For further information, please refer to the UvA sustainability platform.
